Samahni Valley









The Samahni Valley, a picturesque expanse, is nestled 17 km north of Bhimber city and 30 km northeast of Mirpur.  Encircled by towering mountains, the valley presents visitors with breathtaking natural scenery. Waterfalls cascade down the mountain slopes, feeding the lower reaches, canals, and crystal-clear water channels that meander through the valley.  Lush pine forests blanket the surrounding mountains, further enhancing the stunning vistas.The valley's serene and tranquil atmosphere is complemented by its pristine, pollution-free environment.  Stretching approximately 35 km in length and 8 km in width, the Samahni Valley extends from Chawlian to Bahmala in the west.  The local populace is known for its simple, peaceful, and law-abiding nature.  The ideal periods to explore the valley are during March and April, followed by July, August, and September.  These months offer the most vibrant displays of flora and landscapes, providing visitors with an unforgettable experience.
