Rawalakot, Pakistan

Rawalakot also known as Pearl Valley is located in the heart of district Poonch of AJK. This beautiful valley is famous for its breathtaking views and sceneries. It is a saucer shaped valley with an altitude of 1615m. It is situated at a distance of 80km from Islamabad, The city is surrounded by mountains. There is also a lake called Banjusa Lake, 20 km from the city. The weather here is not very hot in summer but it is very cold and snowy in winter. Rawalpindi was badly affected by the 2005 earthquake. The city has a mixture of luxury and necessary commodities of life available in different bazars. Woolen clothes, shawls, wooden carvings are very famous in these bazars. Mushrooms, honey, walnuts, apples, cherry, medicinal herbs, deodar are very famous there. Equipment for hiking such as diggers, camping tents, stoves and sleeping bags are available at very economical price.

Neelam Valley

Neelam is one of the ten districts of Pakistan-administered Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Neelam is the largest district of Azad Kashmir by area.  It is a valley extending along the Neelum River for about 200 km, The Neelum Valley consists of the Neelum District, with Aathmaqam as its capital. Its two tehsils are Athmaqam and Sharda. The valley is 144 km long with high mountains, dense forests and beautiful gardens. Neelum village is covered with lush green trees and high nutritious fruits present in this area.The weather is pleasant in summer and very cold and snowy in winter.

Banu, Pakistan

Swat Valley

The history of Swat valley goes back to around 2000 years ago. It was known as Udyana meaning Garden, later the name was changed to Suvastu.  Swat was a former state which was given the status of a district in 1970.  Saidu Sharif, the capital of Malakand Division, is located in this district.  Swat enjoys a privileged position in the northern region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.  The district is famous for its anthropology and archeology in the history of Central Asia. Haripur, Pakistan

The city of Haripur was founded in 1821 by Sikh General Hari Singh Nalwa from a military point of view.  A fort was built in Haripur city with walls 4 meters wide and 16 meters high.  There were four gates to enter the fort.  Haripur Tehsil was given district status on July 1, 1992 and separated from Abbottabad District. Gilgit Valley, Pakistan.

The Gilgit Valley has been the commercial hub of the region for centuries.  It is the capital town and administrative center of Gilgit-Baltistan Province.  The area is open to the Hunza, Ghazir and several tributaries of the Indus, as well as many of its surrounding waters.  Gilgit has been an important city on the historic Silk Route, which has facilitated the passage of religion in the corridors.  Sheena is the language spoken in Gilgit, while English and Urdu are widely spoken in the region.  Of particular note, Nelter is a beautiful Greenland surrounded by high-altitude glacial lakes, the best resorts for winter skiing. .
